At GENESIS, we believe every person is made in the image of God and has a unique role to play in the body of Christ. Our Special Needs Ministry exists to create a Christ-centered, ability-diverse community where individuals and families impacted by disability are welcomed, supported, and celebrated.
We’re committed to meeting each person where they are. Our team works to adapt environments and experiences so that everyone can participate as fully and independently as possible during Sunday programming.
Depending on your child or loved one's needs, we do our best to provide:
- Integrated support through our typical Sunday morning programs, with a trained “Sidekick” who can come alongside as needed.
- A self-contained class for those who may benefit from a smaller, more structured environment designed to engage at their pace and comfort level.
While we offer age-based programming, we know that one size doesn’t fit all. We’d love to connect and have a conversation to help determine the best fit for your family.

Infants-Grade 5: We do our very best to support every child so that they can participate in their age/grade-level Sunday morning programming.
