A PLACE TO CALL HOME

LORD, through all the generations you have been our home.” Psalm 90:1 (NLT)

HOME – more than just a building, home represents a place where the people of God can be with and experience the presence of God. For the past 12 years, 35 Olympia Ave. has served as an excellent home… a place for the people of GENESIS to gather to be encouraged and equipped to walk with God.

In the Fall of 2025, GENESIS will be moving into a NEW HOME11 State St. in Woburn. Unlike our two previous gathering spaces where we were ‘renters’, GENESIS has been afforded the blessing of working towards OWNERSHIP of this home.

The INVITATION is to obediently give whatever financial number the LORD lays on your heart, fully trusting that He will use your obedience and stewardship to move the mission and ministry of Helping ALL People Walk with God forward in our new HOME!

ALL THINGS 11 STATE

PHASE I:  MOVE IN

PHASE I includes all costs associated with the construction, furnishings, and technology required to prepare 11 State St. for weekly gatherings.

PHASE I GOAL (estimated costs) | $2,317.00

PHASE II: SETTLE IN

While PHASE I gets GENESIS into 11 State St., there will still be much work to accomplish.  PHASE II includes substantial building updates such as overhauling our heating and cooling systems, equipping the space to be a premier venue for event rentals, investing in future staff hires to support GENESIS’s growth, and continued improvements to all ministry spaces as we settle into 11 State St.

PHASE II GOAL | $1,255,000

 

PHASE III: DIVE IN

GENESIS is currently in a “lease to own” agreement with the owners of 11 State St. Our goal for Phase III is to raise additional funds for a down payment. In addition to this, GENESIS will occupy the remainder of the building and, need to build-out that area to be a multi-purpose space for our student ministry, community center, cafe, and OPEN SPACE. This phase also includes expansion of our Kids Ministry.

  • Build out of Entire Space: $1,800,000
  • Refinance Down Payment:  $2,800,000
