Simeon is a native New Englander who enjoys his apple cider donuts, clam chowder, and a great steak. He LOVES sports and will beat you in a game of basketball anytime you want to lose! He regularly yells at the TV during Patriots and Celtics games like it makes a difference (it does!).
He enjoys playing board games, exploring unique items at antique shops, reading, watching historical documentaries, and your classic crime thrillers. Simeon loves eating good food of any origin except if it will ignite his mouth in flames. He is a self-identified food adventurer.
He loves going on dates with his wife Kate. Simeon and Kate enjoy spending time with their three amazing daughters. They enjoy going to the beach, baking and eating Mexican food. Kate has not converted Simeon to drinking coffee YET...but believes there is still hope. Their dog Caramel keeps them active walking around Lake Quannapowitt, Horn Pond, and other dog-friendly parks in the area.
