On Sunday, August 8th, you will have the opportunity to bless some young students in Woburn by providing them with a NEW backpack fully loaded with all the school supplies they will need for the start of a new school year.
GENESIS has committed to giving away 200 fully loaded backpacks that will be distributed by:
- Woburn Social Concern
- Woburn Boys & Girls Club
- Woburn YMCA
- Local DCF working with Foster Families
Here’s how you can be part of this year’s Backpack Giveaway –
- On Sunday, August 8th – pick up a backpack along with a list of school supplies at the table in the Open Space.
- Go shopping at the store of your choice to purchase the items on the list.
- Bring your fully loaded backpack back to GENESIS no later than Sunday, August 22nd.
