It has been an exciting journey from childhood through schooling, marriage, parenting to grand-parenting and looking at what will life be like after one’s “customary” work ends and you move to that place where there is more than enough to do but not necessarily earning wages. The road has been plenty rocky with no shortage of trials or pain but in and through life God’s faithfulness is plainly evident.
A day with my wife Linda is the greatest. Being with family is very great. A good blues riff on electric guitar with plenty of distortion, backpacking in the woods, climbing the 4000 footers in New Hampshire, and living in a tent is just, great. Discussing history, cosmology, philosophy, integrated circuits, theology, biochemistry, apologetics, physics, anything related to systems of thought, one's presuppositional grid, the study of nature and the cosmos is fascinating and enjoyable. As well as a lifelong pursuit to grow the perfect lawn and play almost any sport. To be able to use one’s brain and discover the creation is remarkable. The journey continues to excite.
