GENESIS is one church with one mission that gathers in multiple congregations. In order to serve, love, lead, and care for ALL the men and women of GENESIS, God has raised up lay pastors and deacons to serve those that God has entrusted to our care.
Pastors (or elders) primary role is to provide spiritual oversight and leadership, while the primary role of Deacons is to work within the ministries of GENESIS. Both pastors and deacons play a vital role in moving the mission and ministry of Helping ALL people walk with God forward.
