It can consume, overwhelm and even control how we live our lives. We all do it, and it’s safe to say that most of us would like to be free of it – but how? It negatively impacts the physical, emotional, relational and spiritual aspect of our lives, so is it possible to be free of it? On Sunday, January 24, we took up a special offering to help support pastors and churches in Haiti. The physical and medical needs in Haiti right now are immense and we trust that phenomenal organizations like Red Cross and Samaritan’s Purse will do the best they can to meet those immediate needs, but who will give aid to churches seeking to come alongside a broken and devastated people long after the relief organizations have left Haiti?

GENESIS, in partnership with Acts 29, has decided to give its support to Churches Helping Churches. GENESIS will donate $1,000 to support Churches Helping Churches, but you also have the opportunity to support the Gospel going forth in Haiti with a financial gift.
